- The item has all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories (if applicable).
- The item is returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
Some exceptions may apply:
- Perishable goods: Food, flowers, and other perishable items cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable items: Certain categories like downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, or intimate apparel may be exempt from returns. We recommend checking the product description before purchase for any exclusions.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs
- Incorrect or damaged items: Sum Bazar will cover the return shipping cost if the item you received is incorrect or damaged.
- Change of mind: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost if you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
